Job Description:

Kals Motor Group is seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team in Wadena, MN. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $16-$20 per hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance. Additionally, we provide a Simple IRA Plan with a generous 4% match, up to $2500 per year, effective after 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles according to company standards.
• Wash, wax, and buff vehicles using appropriate techniques and products.
• Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery, and apply fabric protection.
• Clean and polish vehicle windows and mirrors.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness of detailing area and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
