Kal's Motor Group is looking to bring in a TEAM player with a positive attitude and proven auto experience.

Responsibilities will be:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with their fleet parts needs.
• Source all parts new and used for Kals Service Center 
• Pay attention to detail ordering parts correctly. 
• Ensure our technicians are ready to perform the job they are working on.
• Answer incoming phone calls. 
• Schedule customer appointments 
• Be in contact with Kal's customers. before during and after their repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. YOU will be the face at the counter representing Kal’s! 
• Build Kals work orders in totes to be processed. 
• Accurately enter all invoicing into Kal’s software system. 
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced position. Attention to detail and time management is required.
• Collaborate with the IBS team to support efficient operations.
• Search and find the best value for our parts treat it as saving money is making money
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
