Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pest control services to manage and eliminate pest issues.
- Service a range of accounts including residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
- Inspect sites thoroughly to determine the cause of pest problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance related to pest control as required.
- Collaborate with team members and report directly to management on progress and issues.
- Respond promptly to requests for services, scheduling timely visits to clients’ properties.
- Advise and educate clients on how to prevent future pest problems.
- Upsell additional services and products to customers, providing them with comprehensive pest protection.
- Maintain a detailed log of services provided and report back to the client and management.
- Comply with all safety policies and regulations, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a safe manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be physically capable of using a ladder safely, lifting up to 75 lbs, and accessing various challenging areas like crawl spaces and attics.
- Experience in service, general labor, or construction preferred but not essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening test.
- Construction background is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and goal achievement orientation.
- Flexible scheduling availability to meet client needs.
- Outstanding customer service skills – should be able to represent the company’s interests and maintain professionalism.
