Reports To: Rob Fernback, Director of Franchise Development
Purpose:
Own/Operate or Semi-Absentee owner of a Complete Pest Solutions Franchise
Job type: Full-time Owner Operator or Semi-Absentee
Franchise Fee: $50K
Royalty Fee: 6%
Training Period: 2 weeks on site, 2 weeks remote
Start Date: TBD
Responsibilities:
Apply all learned knowledge of the pest control industry to your customers
Educate your customers on the jobs you are doing and why you are doing them
Perform basic inspections to diagnose pest and wildlife control opportunities
Educate potential customers on treatment options and importance of prevention
Guide customer through the closing process, including signing relevant documents and processing payment
Follow up after customer receives initial services to maintain positive rapport with customer and request reviews and other feedback when appropriate
Attend all mandatory training sessions/meetings with corporate
Turn in your monthly reports to corporate at the designated time
Maintain Licensing in all areas of pest control in which we service
Participate in local Chamber of Commerce and Local Chapter of BNI (Business Networking International)
Travel to different territories, going business to business to obtain customers for pest control servicesIn your designated territory, going business to business to obtain customers for pest control services
Professional Requirements:
Maintain professional appearance while on job
Reliable transportation with company wrap
Valid Driver license / Pest licenses
Must be able to pass background check
Maintain appropriate schedule as given
Lift minimum of 25 pounds
Able to walk and stand for majority of day
Must have smartphone or tablet to use throughout the day
