The Associate – Consulting Operations & Project Management will be instrumental in supporting CWH’s client engagements, internal operations, and go-to-market strategies. This role blends project management, process improvement, and strategic firm-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support consulting project execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination
- Improve consulting operations by refining processes, methodologies, and knowledge-sharing frameworks
- Enhance go-to-market strategies by developing playbooks, templates, and ‘productized’ service offerings
- Develop internal content and marketing collateral to showcase CWH’s capabilities and drive client engagement
- Track project performance, client feedback, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally with senior leaders and consulting teams to optimize delivery and firm efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare services, consulting workflows, and business operations
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
