We are Seeking, a Healthcare Marketing Specialist.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

As a CWH Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our Director of Marketing and Sales team creating and managing demand generation around CWH’s services. We are looking for a versatile Marketer who is hungry to succeed and grow with our organization and is willing to take on other marketing functions as needed. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. If you are a result driven Marketer, we would love to meet you.

What You will Do

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns in our CRM that target healthcare providers, healthcare technology and service companies, and health plans.
  • Manage social media accounts and implement our social media strategy.
  • Create marketing content and materials to include brochures and videos in line with the CWH brand.
  • Support sales and consulting operations marketing needs across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identify strategies to increase campaign reach and performance. Reports will be prepared and presented to marketing and sales.
  • Facilitate content creation across practice areas: value-based care, healthcare at home and patient access and engagement.
  • Identify healthcare trends and identify innovative approaches to reach healthcare executives through marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Collaborate across marketing, operations, and leadership teams to assist with marketing initiatives including article and white paper creation, corporate awards, and press releases. 
  • Research and identify media platforms for posting corporate content, to include white papers and articles.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

You take pride in proactively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently while accomplishing objectives and achieving goals beyond what is required.

In addition to possessing the ability to live our core values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements:

  • Seasoned (3+ years’ experience) digital marketing specialist in a healthcare B2B setting coupled with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Marketing is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to create polished graphic design images for social media, websites, media platforms, white papers, and print.
