CWH Advisors is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help create and manage demand generation around CWH’s services. We are looking for a versatile Marketer who is hungry to succeed and grow with our organization and is willing to take on other marketing functions as needed. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. If you are a results driven Marketer, we would love to meet you. 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Designing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns in the CWH CRM
• Managing social media accounts and implementing social media strategy
• Creating marketing content and materials to include brochures and videos in line with the CWH brand
• Support various marketing needs across the organization.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, identify strategies to increase campaign reach and performance. 
• Facilitate content creation across CWH’s practice areas. 
• Identify healthcare trends and identify innovative approaches to reach healthcare executives through marketing campaigns and channels.
• Collaborate across marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Research and identify media platforms for posting corporate content, to include white papers and articles. 
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized, self-starter with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail. 
• Proven experience developing marketing campaigns and demand gen strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years digital marketing in B2B 
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Marketing a plus
• Graphic design knowledge
• Healthcare industry knowledge strongly desired
