CWH Advisors is looking for a Marketing Director to help us build awareness around CWH’s services meeting the needs of our target healthcare market and generating opportunities. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Director who is hungry to succeed and grow with our organization. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing outsourced support services. They should be a self-starter and able to handle day-to-day marketing activities in the context of long-term strategy, while managing tight deadlines and changing needs. Objectives of this Role
- Lead Generation – Develop and execute a lead gen strategy across different channels and segments, including ABM.
- PR – Lead the team to identify and promote the CWH brand through press releases and media alerts, speaking engagements, thought leadership articles, webinars, and podcasts.
- Program Execution - Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal & external support and driving collaboration and success. Develop and manage the marketing budget against the program execution. Manage the internal and external resources in the execution of marketing programs.
- Marketing Communication - Analyze client insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and relevant thought leadership trends. Oversee article and speaking content, editing and assisting with ghost writing.
- Reporting - Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Cross-Department Collaboration - Partner with internal and external resources to complete marketing programs, answer day to day questions and be a resource to the organization on representing CWH.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Lead the team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all promotions and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Work with our designer to develop sales materials and marketing assets.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Create and update a marketing calendar. Detail lead gen activities including webinars, lead gen emails, social media, events, podcasts, and other channels.
- Manage the import, export, and entry of leads and reporting in the CRM. Manage the CRM database to ensure lists are compliant ( eg., unsubscribes) and accurate/ updated. Own and manage the marketing module.
- Provide ad- hoc sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Own and maintain CWH sales decks and other marketing assets.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, technical prowess, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with lead gen strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, webinar tools, PowerPoint, email Proven experience with online marketing and social media strategy.
- Proven experience in executing lead gen campaigns in email, social, webinars, etc.
- Proficiency with marketing communication – content, assets development, etc. Established press and media contacts preferred.
