Magnum Roofing & Restoration is seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. This leadership role serves as a cornerstone for business growth. This role is required attention to detail for workmanship / quality control purposes. This position is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage all crews and production team 
• Pull Permits and place material orders 
• Hire, manage, and schedule crews for all jobs including new roofs, repairs, and warranty items.
• Performing quality control checks on all installs during and post production
• Communicate all job activity to the sales reps and home office
• Conducts performance reviews and provides development plans for quality control associates.

MUST HAVE YOU OWN WORK TRUCK 

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OR MORE ROOFING EXPERIENCE
