Magnum Roofing & Restoration is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. This leadership role serves as a cornerstone for business growth. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Find Roof leaks (Shingle, Tile, Metal, TPO)
• Complete necessary repairs to fix roof leaks 
• Make sure jobsite are setup properly and all required equipment and material are on site
• Hire, manage, and schedule crews for all jobs including new roofs, repairs, and warranty items.
• Performing quality control checks on all installs during and post production
• Communicate all job activity to the sales reps and home office
• Conducts performance reviews and provides development plans for quality control associates.
