Position Overview

Magnum Roofing & Restoration, a leading company in the roofing industry, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Associate to join our Marketing department. This is a full-time position with an associate skill level. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, creating, distributing, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, distribute, and schedule engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page content, blogs, and social media messages.
• Create a regular publishing schedule and implement it through an editorial calendar to plan, manage and promote specific, timely marketing campaigns.
• Create brand awareness and ensure a strong online reputation through constant engagement and well-planned, timely, accurate and platform-relevant updates across social media.
• Utilize social media marketing tools to effectively manage and track campaigns, metrics, and performance.
• Grow and expand the company’s social media presence into new platforms, while enhancing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in social media marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, best practices, and industry trends.
• Proficient in content creation for social media using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Design.
• Understanding of META.
• Be able to provide examples of previous work.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. Magnum Roofing & Restoration offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
