Job Description

AllSeason Solar & Roofing  is seeking applicants for Scheduling Coordinator for our Solar Projects. 

This Position’s will create an exceptional customer experience while supporting specific facets of the solar project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while functioning as the primary customer advocate.

The role of the Scheduling Coordinator is to populate & maintain the work schedules for our Site Survey Crews and Installation crews, Inspection Teams and keep jobs moving towards a customer’s “Permission to Operate” as quickly as possible. When scheduling events with customers, the Scheduler clearly communicates all relevant timelines, technical and process-oriented information and adjusts expectations if necessary. Our success as a company depends on the quality, helpfulness, and speed of the Solar Project Installation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a populated crew schedule for at least 3-4 weeks out with manager.
  • Schedule, track and follow up on inspections with townships
  • Coordinate with project managers and vendors on material orders and drops
  • Ensure that the data provided meets the requirements for the business in order to invoice projects at expected value. Any change will require guidance from senior leadership.
  • Communicate daily with Senior Leadership for job progress, scheduling, etc. and maintain and update the tree removal schedule on weekly basis.
  • Data Entering all Schedule detail information via G Suite / Google Calendar
  • Contact with Homeowners to schedule & confirm their Site Survey & installation / Service
  • Set and at times re-set expectations with the customer on the installation itself along with next steps in the projects post-construction


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer support or scheduling role required
  • Strong phone and listening skills
  • Excellent follow up and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and G Suite programs
  • Familiar with Drop Box, Google Apps
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and results oriented to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Thrive in a team environment
