Overview:

AllSeason Solar looking for motivates, talented QAQC Project Management / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be able to set up processes and procedures. Supporting our Solar Installation department such as order, return, OSD report.

** Office Location is 28 South New York Rd Galloway NJ 08205**

Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities include warehousing, inventory the pulling and staging of materials, the loading of installation trucks.

• Inventory Control.

• Review and reporting up to date materials cost / budget

• Maintain adequate inventory levels in the warehouse.

• Entering the data and creating data such as ordering and returning and OSD etc..

• Other tasks and duties as assigned mostly up to date follow up material quotes.

• Entering Installed Solar System to System management software to activate.

• Review PV Design to make sure all the materials part is ordered correctly.

Requirements:

• Full time 40 hour a week Monday-Friday availability

• Experience working in an office environment

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Completely tech savvy

• Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Must be detailed oriented

• Proficient in MS Office programs 

• Google Suite Experience a plus

• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritizing tasks with minimal errors

• Experience in PV installations, PV design/engineering, and solar system troubleshooting

• Job related experience in project coordination
