Renatus Exteriors is a leading provider of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and all exterior services that is rapidly growing. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and we are committed to our family of employees as we serve the region. We are currently in need of several door to door representatives to set appointments with clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to residential areas to generate interest in Renatus Exteriors' services.
• Engage with homeowners to explain our services and set appointments.

Requirements:

• Should be motivated.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to create positive interactions with customers
• Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

Base pay is 16/hour. This position offers a competitive bonus structure, providing the opportunity to earn up to $200,000 annually based on successful appointment setting. In addition to the bonus structure, there may be additional incentives and rewards for high achievers.
