Renatus Exteriors is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Production Manager to join our growing team. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of exteriors projects: ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion.

Production Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • - Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resource requirements, and project goals.
  • - Coordinate with the sales team to understand project specifications and client expectations.

• Team Management:

  • - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of roofing professionals, including supervisors, installers, and support staff.
  • - Ensure proper training and certification of team members.

• Quality Control:

  • - Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in roofing installations.
  • - Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

• Material and Resource Management:

  • - Collaborate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
  • - Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

• Budget Management:

  • - Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • - Provide regular reports on project financials to the leadership team.

• Communication and Collaboration:

  • - Foster open communication within the team and with other departments.
  • - Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Safety Compliance:

  • - Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • - Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Production Manager Requirements:

• - Proven experience in roofing project management.
• - In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

• -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
