Renatus Exteriors is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Production Manager to join our growing team. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of exteriors projects: ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
Production Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- - Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resource requirements, and project goals.
- - Coordinate with the sales team to understand project specifications and client expectations.
Team Management:
- - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of roofing professionals, including supervisors, installers, and support staff.
- - Ensure proper training and certification of team members.
Quality Control:
- - Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in roofing installations.
- - Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
Material and Resource Management:
- - Collaborate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
- - Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Budget Management:
- - Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- - Provide regular reports on project financials to the leadership team.
Communication and Collaboration:
- - Foster open communication within the team and with other departments.
- - Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
Safety Compliance:
- - Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- - Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Production Manager Requirements:
