Role Overview:
As an experienced Phone and Email Sales Executive, you will be tasked with selling our high-end window cleaning services to property owners and decision-makers. You’ll handle everything from lead generation to closing deals and may occasionally meet clients in person to finalize certain contracts. Additionally, as you bring in more business, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing cleaning crews to fulfill the increased demand.
This role requires a confident and resilient sales executive who is comfortable working remotely, with the understanding that travel to meet clients in person may be necessary to close deals. It is also an ideal opportunity for a sales executive with leadership qualities, as you’ll help grow our workforce by finding and recruiting talent to fulfill the jobs you generate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Client Outreach & Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with residential and commercial property owners, property managers, and key decision-makers through phone and email.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Communicate the value of our high-end window cleaning services, deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, and negotiate pricing.
- In-Person Meetings: Schedule and meet clients in person as necessary to build trust and close larger, high-ticket deals.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through all stages of the sales process using a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
- Deal Closing: Drive revenue by closing deals through effective persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building techniques.
- Talent Recruitment: As sales volume increases, recruit and onboard window cleaning crews to handle new business, ensuring jobs are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
- Collaboration: Work with the operations team to ensure smooth job fulfillment and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, understanding that earnings are tied directly to performance in this commission-based role.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in phone and email sales, particularly with high-ticket items or services (luxury goods, real estate, home services, etc.).
- Sales Skills: Strong closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in cold calling, persuasive in negotiations, and able to build rapport quickly.
- In-Person Selling: Comfortable meeting clients in person when needed to close significant deals.
- Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision, and comfortable managing your own schedule and sales pipeline.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Talent Acquisition: Experience in recruiting or managing a workforce is a plus; willingness to find and recruit qualified window cleaning teams as sales increase is required.
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, including sales and recruitment, while maintaining attention to detail.
