Murray Motors Collision Center is excited to announce an available position for a seasoned Collision Repair Technician in our bustling Direct Repair Program Shop. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs on vehicle bodies and frames, restoring them to pre-accident condition.
• Manage assignments from small dents to major collision damages, ensuring all repairs meet or exceed industry standards.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to dismantle and reassemble vehicles with precision.
• Work closely with the shop team to coordinate repairs and share knowledge on repair tactics and challenges.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, resetting the space for optimal efficiency for each project.
• Communicate effectively with management and peers, contributing to the team's collaborative environment.
• Keep accurate records of labor time, parts, and supplies used for each repair task.
• Stay updated with the latest auto body repair techniques and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto body repair (Preferred).
• Proven track record of high-quality repair work with references to match.
• Capability to operate standard repair tools and to troubleshoot common issues efficiently.
• Experience with aluminum repair preferred but not mandatory.
• Own a set of tools necessary for auto body repairs, with some specialty tools provided by the shop as needed.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to work well within a team, and a positive, resilient attitude under pressure.
• Available to work day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to reliably commute or willing to relocate to Hughesville, PA before starting work (Required).
