The next Retail Management Trainee will take a direct and face-to-face approach to help maintain current and acquire new customer accounts. We use our unique style of customer service, sales and marketing strategies, and business skills to grow our client’s customer base daily. Job Responsibilities:

• Learn how to manage in-store marketing campaigns for our clients

• Learn how to develop and train entry-level representatives

• Communicate our clients' promotions and products to their customers in a retail setting

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a retail setting

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently. And have the ability to set strong priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.

• Outgoing personality and ability to interact with a variety of consumers

• 1-3 years experience working in marketing, sales, customer service, brand promotions, or retail (preferred)

• Additional knowledge in the field is considered a plus, including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution; however, full paid training is provided
