The Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service serves as the face of our clients to new customers and an advocate for our current customers. The Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service’s primary responsibility will be to identify new prospective customers, qualify leads, close sales, and subsequently grow and maintain those relationships. We have expanded across the Hampton Roads area and are looking to go even further.
The role of the Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service is to further develop new client relationships and be a driven advocate for our client's product offerings.
Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service Responsibilities:
Meeting face-to-face with current and potential customers on a daily basis
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
