The next Sales Development Representative will work with our sales and marketing team to learn each aspect of our company. Using our concept of working face-to-face with the customer base, our Sales Development Representative will represent and market products daily. On our entry-level, we train heavily on customer service, sales & marketing strategies, and business skills to hit and surpass weekly sales goals. Sales Business Development Job Responsibilities:
Learn our client campaigns and how we approach each store
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate with coworkers and upper-level management
Thoroughly answer customer questions
Track personal and team sales numbers
Sales Business Development Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)
1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing (preferred)
This is an entry-level position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All brand representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
