Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in commercial and residential buildings/homes.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, scrubbing surfaces, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Ensure the proper functioning of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cleaning, or related fields
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and bending.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and communication skills.

Pay Rate:

• $14/hr during training, $15-16/hr after training, get to $16 with speed
• 17$ after 1 year
• Competitive salary with aggressive raises based on performance in quality and speed.
