Job Description

We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team! Christian Cleaning Solution is a professional cleaning service specializing in both residential and commercial cleaning. Our services include move in/move out cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, and water restoration. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in various buildings and homes.

Responsibilities:

• Keep commercial and residential buildings/homes in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, scrubbing counters, scrubbing tubs, and scrubbing cabinets
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to climb a 3-step ladder
• Ability to crouch or bend over
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills

Pay Rate:

• $14 per hour during training
• Very aggressive raises based on meeting Technician's Quality requirements
• $15-16 per hour after training, get to $16 with speed
• Very aggressive raises based on meeting Technician's Speed requirements

Additional Information:

We provide gas compensation, chemicals, and tools for our Cleaning Technicians. Additionally, we offer weekly pay.

This is a full-time position in the Cleaning Technician department. It is not a remote job.
