Salary Range:  $60000 - $90000 year

We are Seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team!

As a sales analyst you will support our Vendor Programs and be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data, including market pricing, and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to management.

The successful candidate will work with large amounts of data, create reports and dashboards to help evaluate company and stakeholder performance, and manage the company’s CRM tools. You will create both standard and custom reports, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, internal reports for the CEO and other leadership while managing the data integrity within the CRM. In addition, you will accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize strategies and increase market share.

What you Will Do

  • Develop and maintain our CRM, create processes, ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and distribute KPIs to stakeholders. 
  • Compile, analyze, and report sales data while monitoring and analyzing our competitors, customers, and market trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the development of our sales plans and objectives. Monitor and evaluate sales performance. Determine sales potential and make recommendations.
  • Monitor and ensure account and contact data completeness with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience in sales analysis, predictive analytics, statistics, and modeling. 
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially advanced Excel and Power BI, and CRM software.
  • Proactive ability to prioritize projects, escalate issues appropriately, and keep company information confidential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • Strong mathematical skills for problem solving.
  • Projection and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Acumatica CRM would be a plus. Experience with SalesForce, Zoho, Hubspot or others would be beneficial. 
  • Experience in Foodservice Equipment & Supplies industry a plus.
