As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day activities of patient flow including facilitating top tier customer service to patients, maintaining patient records, and creating a functional daily schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional patient care by greeting patients and welcoming them to the office.
• Respond to all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with incoming callers.
• Manage electronic mail correspondence, maintaining accurate and organized records of all communication.
• Confirm next-day appointments according to established protocols and patient preferences, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
• Ensure the secure storage and handling of patient records, adhering to strict HIPAA privacy and security regulations to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Verify that all patient HIPAA forms and consent documents are complete, up-to-date, and signed, as required by law and office policy.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes in office policy, procedures, and protocols, while maintaining a focus on delivering a high standard of customer care and service.
