We are seeking a Financial Coordinator candidate who is enthusiastic about interacting with patients and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The Financial Coordinator primary responsibilities will involve assisting patients with financial options for treatment and ensuring accounts receivable are maintained according to office policy. Previous dental experience would be helpful, but we value a great attitude and a strong work ethic as our first priorities.

Job Details:

  • Four-day work week: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
  • Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
  • Optimizing provider schedules and ensuring patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
  • Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while expediting third-party claims
  • Maintaining office collections
  • Explaining financial treatment to patients
  • Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
  • Preparing patient statements and bank deposits
  • Familiarity with the office financial policy and payment plan options
