You will receive growth and development guidance and support from the leadership and workplace culture coach that works with the organization and the Director of Operations who overseas the 3-practice group. 

Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily operations of the office including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.

·         Maintain and improve the practice's financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and collections.

·         Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.

·         Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff.

·         Monitor and evaluate the performance of the office, implementing changes as necessary to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.

·         Build and maintain relationships with patients, referring offices, and vendors.

·         Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in patient care.
