**Job Description:**  

As our RDA, you’ll be an essential part of the patient experience, assisting with advanced dental procedures, utilizing state-of-the-art technology, and helping maintain a friendly, upbeat environment. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for patients, this is the perfect role for you!

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Provide chairside assistance using advanced dental technology, including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and CAD/CAM systems  

- Prepare, organize, and sterilize high-tech equipment and tools  

- Capture high-quality digital images and 3D scans for treatment planning  

- Record patient histories electronically with precision and detail  

- Educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care in a friendly, engaging manner  

- Ensure a clean, fun, and stocked treatment area with cutting-edge supplies  

- Support team members in creating a positive, stress-free patient experience  

**Qualifications:**  

- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.

- CPR certification and experience with radiology equipment  

- Comfort working with digital systems and new technology  

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset  

- Previous experience in a tech-forward practice (preferred but not required)
