Anchor Heating and Air is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator and Runner to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining our warehouse operations and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials to support our HVAC technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock levels and replenish inventory as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Act as a runner to deliver parts and equipment to job sites, supporting technicians as required.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries, and regularly update inventory management systems.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with regular inventory counts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory management.
