Job Description:The Sales and Install Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the sales and installation processes to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of HVAC sales and installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales activities and manage installation schedules.
• Register equipment, file rebates and buy equipment warranties.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers during the sales and installation process.
• Collaborate with sales, installation teams, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project completion.
• Prepare and manage paperwork and documentation related to sales and installation including permits.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized database and records for all sales and installations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales and installation or coordination role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Service Titan is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
