Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Collaborate with customers to understand their comfort needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed targets.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that showcase the benefits of our products and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the residential heating and air conditioning industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and effectively articulate complex concepts.

Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
