Salary Range:  $18 - $20 hour

Receptionist (Bilingual Required)

We are seeking a friendly, bilingual, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assign and schedule inspection appointments efficiently.
  • Continually monitor and respond to e-mails for incoming customer inquiries.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Conduct employee intake processes, including onboarding documentation and communication.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
