Primary Duties:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Inspect roofs to determine repair needs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Network with potential clients and industry professionals to expand our customer base.
Requirements:
- 5 Years of Roofing sales experience is required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Effective account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Great organizational skills and drive to be the best in the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to carry, set up, and climb a ladder and conduct roof inspections.
