Receptionist

Salary Range:  $18 - $20 hour

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls
  • Assign and schedule inspection appointments
  • Continually check e-mails for incoming customer inquiries
  • Enter customer information into the database

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
