Skills/Qualifications needed:

You must possess the necessary tools and a valid drivers license to get to and from job sites (Company truck + Phone provided to certain positions only).

Dynamic physical strength is essential for performing strenuous activities such as installing, tearing off, carrying, and disposing of materials - so it's important that applicants can lift over 50lbs with ease. Additionally, flexibility in your work schedule is crucial; extended hours may be required along with varying shifts, nights or even weekend assignments away from home if needed!

• Must be capable of the strenuous activity required to install, tear off, carry, & dispose of roofing material.
• Available to work extended hours, varying shifts, nights, and weekends (If applicable)
• Available to travel, in and out-of-state for short/long term assignments
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems.
• Ensure that you are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
• completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Must have necessary tools
• BI-LINGUAL IS A PLUS!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely climb a ladder and walk on a roof in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50lb & over (Regularly bending, climbing, and kneeling, etc.)

Driving Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be willing to travel
• Acceptable driving record
• Must be insurable through company insurance
