American Roofing & Waterproofing has a job opening for General Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our roofing and waterproofing division.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the roofing and waterproofing division, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Oversee a team of roofing and waterproofing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of the division
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
• Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale roofing and waterproofing projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of roofing and waterproofing materials and techniques
• Certifications in roofing and waterproofing a plus
