American Roofing & Waterproofing has a job opening for General Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our roofing and waterproofing division.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the roofing and waterproofing division, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Oversee a team of roofing and waterproofing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of the division
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
- Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale roofing and waterproofing projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of roofing and waterproofing materials and techniques
- Certifications in roofing and waterproofing a plus
