American Roofing & Waterproofing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they are following safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time for each project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project quality and ensure all work is being completed according to specifications.
- Track project budgets and expenses to stay within financial goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate project estimates and proposals to clients.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license.
- OSHA certification preferred.
