American Roofing & Waterproofing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. As a Roofing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they are following safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time for each project.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project quality and ensure all work is being completed according to specifications.
• Track project budgets and expenses to stay within financial goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate project estimates and proposals to clients.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA certification preferred.
