We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Roofing Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Roofing Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and helping them find the best solutions for their needs. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, educating them about our products and services, and guiding them through the sales process.

As a Sales Advisor, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. You should be knowledgeable about our products and services, as well as the latest industry trends. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

American Roofing and Waterproofing is expanding and opening a new branch in Colorado. We are currently looking for experienced individuals who are eager to grow with us and be part of this exciting new venture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
• Educate customers about our products and services, including features and benefits
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (5+ Years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of our products and services, as well as the latest industry trends
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets
