American Roofing & Waterproofing is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Manager to join our team.  As an Installation Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the installation of roofing and waterproofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. American Roofing & Waterproofing is expanding and opening a new branch in Colorado. We are currently looking for experienced individuals who are eager to grow with us and be part of this exciting new venture.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of installation technicians
• Plan and schedule installation projects to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project progress and performance
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during installations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Train and develop installation team members

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in roofing or waterproofing installation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
