Responsibilities:

- Offer our HVAC services to potential and existing customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Proactively make courtesy calls to potential and existing clients to inform and educate them about our services.
- Ensure the daily schedule is filled by effectively managing appointments and coordinating with the technical team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and effective manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks to support the HVAC team.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer management software.
