We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership abilities, great communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee the process of each service call to ensure the sale is closed and completed and meets or exceeds the customer’s, the company’s and the salesperson’s expectations. The sales coordinator will be involved in and assisting with all aspects of the sales process starting with identifying the opportunity of the call/lead (and all calls are opportunities), following up with the technician on the estimate and what unclosed recommendations we need to focus on and why the customer might be interested. Also making happy calls to follow up with customer, booking the sale/installation/repair, organizing the logistics of the installation, customer and technician communication and follow up after the completion of installation. The sales coordinator will also be expected to reach out to community vendors to secure service agreements with commercial properties as well as residential.
Collaborate with CSR department for scheduling and logistics of installation and customer satisfaction
Acquire permits when needed and ensure equipment registrations are completed and filed.
Creating POs for equipment and materials needed for each sale completed.
Ensure Installation packets and e-signatures are completed for each installation sold.
Prepare reports and maintain records regarding sales and missed opportunities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve sales-related issues promptly and professionally.
Weekly Trainings and meetings with leadership
Attend community events and reach out to community vendors to secure service agreements or potential sales opportunities.
