Job Purpose:
The Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the maintenance, repair, and servicing of systems and products for Relief Heating and Cooling.
Responsibilities:
Presents findings on service/repair work to customers as needed/requested.
Identifies and suggests opportunities for quality and cost improvements.
Provides customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other comfort improvements.
Maintains a clean equipment/work area.
Maintains a clean and serviced company vehicle in accordance with company policy.
Ensures complete customer satisfaction and/or salesperson/supervisor sign-off upon completion of work.
Completes all paperwork required by management and records hours and all materials used. Collects for performed work, as applicable. Returns all unused material and inventory.
Requirements:
2 Years of HVAC experience
EPA certified for all R22
Valid driver's license
Clean driving and criminal record
Standard technician tools
Ability to lift 100 pounds
ICE/NATE Certification preferred
Neat, clean professional appearance
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $16.00+ per hour
