Our marketing firm requires an ambitious candidate to join our teams, focusing on developing highly targeted lead generations to deliver buyer audiences and reach our client’s financial targets.
This role is Local to the Baltimore, MD and DMV area only.
Your Responsibilities:
• Learning and applying skills to increase brand awareness and market share for our clients
• Assisting clients with live marketing and sales support at events
• Marketing and sales presentations leading to new customer acquisitions
• Helping to plan, develop, and implement effective direct marketing campaigns
• Taking the lead in developing new team members (once established in role)
We train all employees within Leadership Development which includes:
• Sales and marketing training fundamentals
• Team building and mentoring
• Entry-level marketing and sales consulting
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or Equivalent; 18+
Must be local and have reliable transportation
Must be able to work full-time hours
Great communication skills
