We have an opening at our company for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager supervises and coordinates staff activities in a company’s customer service department. The person plans, organize, manages resources, and evaluates performance. They monitor production schedules to ensure that work is completed on time.

We’re looking for somebody to provide leadership over their assigned group by managing the day-to-day operations and develop field training.

Operations Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and maintain warehouse efficiency
• Enhance operational systems to support the organization
• Hire, train, and supervise employees
• Ensure high-quality production of all materials
• Address clients’ needs throughout the manufacturing process
• Strategize logistics to assure that all needs within the organization are being met for optimal performance
• Recommend changes to decision-makers within the executive structure when improvements are needed within a policy

Operations Manager Requirements:

• Prior experience in Operations Management in a professional setting a plus but not required.
• Experience managing people and overseeing operations preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple people simultaneously
• A strong understanding of production schedules is required. Experience managing inventory control systems would also be desired.
