HVAC Field Supervisor – Lead, Mentor, and Grow with Us!

We’re a growing HVAC company looking for an HVAC Field Supervisor to take on a key leadership role. You’ll oversee field operations, handle a variety of service and maintenance jobs, and play an essential part in developing our team. This is a hands-on role for a skilled technician who’s ready to step into a leadership position and grow with the company.  

What You’ll Do:  

- Be the Lead Technician: Handle 80% of service and maintenance calls independently, including everything from routine jobs to complex troubleshooting and repairs.  

- Support and Mentor the Team: Serve as a go-to resource for our junior technicians, providing technical support, training, and guidance on challenging jobs.  

- Enhance Field Operations: Work closely with the owner to ensure smooth daily operations and help implement improvements as the company scales.  

- Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Confidently resolve technical issues in the field, setting the standard for quality and expertise.
