Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Passion for helping and talking to people.
• Desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
• Solid work ethic.
• Ability to use various tools and learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug testing, background and driver's check.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• EPA Card (Preferred)

General Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform HVAC maintenance, service, and installations.
• Support other business functions as needed.
• Learn all aspects of HVAC, including system installations and ductwork.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure job-site cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• Up to $120k+ per year (solid base wages + performance pay with no cap on earnings).

• Very limited on-call requirements
