JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of prior HVAC experience
- Positive attitude
- Strong social and communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow

- Ability to use various tools and technology
- Desire to work and grow in the HVAC industry
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and driver's check
- Valid driver's license and insurability required
- EPA card preferred
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform HVAC maintenance, service, and installations
- Assist other business functions as needed
- Learn all aspects of HVAC, including system installations and ductwork
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Ensure job site cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
