Career Title: Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Position Summary:

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is a person with great attention to detail. They will receive packages and digital files from dentist so that our team can produce world class smiles. 

This position is part of our Logistics Team with many opportunities to grow from within. A highly motivated individual can climb the ranks from this entry level position and receive monthly pay raises as they complete internal training. Start out at $16/hour and be at 17.50 within 4 months. Fast learnings can take skill test to be bumped in pay faster. Our team has 3 more tiers of growth within the department before management tiers. Highly motivated individuals can make over $50k a year in as little as a year and a half. 

Peterson Dental Laboratory has been established for over 40 years and is family owned and operated. 

Qualification:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Attention to detail
• Dental knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving digital cases on a computer
• Receiving physical packages
• Disinfection of physical dental cases. 
• Creating cases in our production software
• Support logistics team with packaging cases for delivery
• Keeping work area clean and organized

 Job Type: Full Time 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16 hour

Schedule: 8:00-4:30 with 1 hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
