Career Description:  Intake Specialist

Position Summary:

The Intake Specialist is a person with great attention to detail. This position will receive all incoming cases to the facility. During this process each case will be entered into our operating system, photographed, tagged, and disinfected. This process ensures intake accuracy and ensures safety of our entire team.

We take pride in our company name that has been established for over 40 years. This is a vital position due to the attention to detail required to ensure safety. Technical hand-eye coordination is needed every step of the way in a production facility. Peterson Dental Laboratory values efficiency and quality in everything that they do. 

Communication is the key to our successful team. Proper communication with the department manager and supporting staff are tremendously valued.

Qualification:

• High consistent attention to detail
• GED/High School Diploma or better
• Dental knowledge is a plus but not required. On the job training offered         

Responsibilities:

• Prompt and consistent work attendance
• Disinfect inbound cases following company protocols
• Intake new or existing cases 
• Scheduling cases into production using Labtrac software application
• Support logistics team in shipping & packaging cases for outbound delivery
• Filing intake documents
• Keeping work area clean and organized
• Occasionally delivering cases
