WHAT YOU OFFER US:
- Valid driver’s license
- At least three years of commercial sales experience is required.
- Customer Service experience.
- Understanding of advanced heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation principles.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in construction practices, project scheduling, take-off, and pricing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and BlueBeam
- Associates degree in engineering, project management, business, or construction-related field (preferred)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review of mechanical design documents to establish and understand intended owner operation requirements
- Establish customer rapport with products and services.
- Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
- Help facilitate post-sale transitions with CTS personnel.
- Educating prospective customers on our superior quality products/services.
- Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure.
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
- Maintain customer information updated in supporting software programs.
- Participate in training on the latest industry technologies.
- Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs.
- Be the liaison between factories and contractors to establish a plan of action should issues arise.
- Work with inside and other outside personnel to bid, close, and complete projects.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, engineers, owners, and other project team members.
- Travel to projects within your designated area
- Travel to factories for training classes and certifications
- Capable of climbing stairs and ladders. Comfortable with working on roofs/platforms. Capable of carrying up to 50 lbs.
